Richard Mast's professional experience covers a broad spectrum of land
development in terms of both size and type. Mr. Mast has managed and
designed projects ranging from small expansions and new construction of
commercial and retail business facilities and two-lot minor subdivisions
to the management and design of large multi-lot industrial parks and
single- and multi-family residential developments exceeding several
hundred acres and units. In the course of his career, Mr. Mast has also
served in the capacity of an expert witness, providing testimony in the
areas of land use, storm water Management and flood control and various
zoning relief related to land development and subdivision. Mr.
Mast is also responsible for the property management of
Lederach Realty Group L.L.C.,
a company that owns and operates the The Village at Lederach and
Lederach General Store.
Mr. Mast graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering. While at Drexel University, he
concentrated his studies in the area of Water Resources, Transportation
Engineering and Geo-technical Engineering.

John Hunt brings over
29 years of experience in civil/site consulting to RCMA having managed
and designed a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential
developments. Mr. Hunt has successfully managed projects from small building/parking expansion projects to larger
scale
multi-building office/industrial campuses and high density multi-use
residential developments. Mr. Hunt is responsible for management and oversight
of the planning, design and permitting aspects of land development
projects; staying closely involved as a project successfully
progresses through the conceptual design, permitting and construction
process.
John graduated from
Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering and received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering,
with a concentration in Water Resource Engineering, from Villanova
University.

Christine
Mast has been with RCMA since it's origination in 1997 and her
responsibilities within RCMA include correspondence with vendors and
clients, office accounting & management, and human relations services.
Mrs. Mast
graduated with a Bachelors Arts in Finance from Ursinus College.

Mr. Huber is a Professional Land Surveyor with over 20 years of
experience. Mr. Huber has been with RCMA since 1999, after managing his
own surveying firm for ten years. Mr. Huber's experience ranges from
single lot projects to major commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout the local
area. Under Mr. Huber's supervision, RCMA has survey crews
capable of handling a wide variety of surveying needs.

Brad has over 9 years of experience
in the land development field with RCMA and 15 years experience overall
in the land surveying & land development fields. Brad's
responsibilities at RCMA include client relations, preparation of
contracts and proposals, project and employee management, most aspects
of project design, required approvals, and project representation (i.e.
agency meetings & project correspondence)

Joe has
over 4 years experience with RCMA. In addition to designing and
drafting company projects, Joe specializes in the management of the
C.A.D.D. systems as well as other I.T. services RCMA requires.
Joe
graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 2004 with an Associates
Degree in Mechanical Drafting.

Larry has over
4 years experience with RCMA. Larry's responsibilities include the
maintenance and revising of all design plans spanning from the sketch
phase to the final product. Larry also works with the survey department
drafting as-built plans and permit plans. Larry has assumed
responsibilities in project design such as storm sewer, sanitary sewer,
and site grading.
Larry graduated

Mechanical Drafting.
